Lecitinas

Lecithin (sojos lecitinas) yra lipotropinis maisto papildas, kurio sudėtyje yra didelis kiekis cholino ir inozitolio. Cholinas svarbus normaliai kepenų veiklai, gerina atmintį, palaiko normalią odos būklę, mažina plaukų slinkimą ir riebalavimąsi. Inozitolis lėtina organizmo senėjimo procesus. 

Lecitinas dalyvauja riebalų ir cholesterolio skaidyme, todėl žinomas kaip galintis gerinti virškinimą, žarnyno riebalų absorbciją ir mažinantis cholesterolio lygį maisto papildas.

Vienoje ASN Lecithin kapsulėje yra 500 mg sojos lecitino.

Sudėtis: sojos lecitinas, kapsulės apvalkalas želatina.

Vartojimas: 4-5 kapsules per dieną užsigeriant vandeniu.
