L-glutaminas (amino rūgštis) yra rekomenduojamas intensyviai besitreniruojantiems sportininkams, jis gali padėti atgauti jėgas, užkirsti kelią raumenų išsekimui (katabolizmui), skatinti  greitesnius raumenų  anabolinius ir  regeneracinius procesus.

Vienoje porcijoje (2 kapsulėse) yra 2000 mg (2 g) L-glutamino.

Sudėtis: L-glutaminas, magnio stearatas, lipnumą reguliuojanti medžiaga silicio dioksidas, kapsulės apvalkalas želatina.

Vartojimas: vieną porciją (2 kapsules) tris – keturis kartus per dieną. Treniruočių dieną vartoti 2 kapsules 30 min. prieš treniruotę ir 2 kapsules iš karto po treniruotės. Ne treniruočių dieną 2 kapsules ryte ir 2 kapsules prieš miegą.
